Paid Absences
Vista Hill provides nine paid holidays per calendar year (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Vista Hill’s vacation accrual rate is based upon your employment status and continuous years of service (.0692 per hour for exempt employees – 1-5 yrs 18 days, 6-10 yrs 23 days, 11+ yrs 28 days; .0615 per hour for nonexempt employees – 1-5 yrs 16 days, 6-10 yrs 21 days, 11+yrs 26 days)
